SERVICE

For all equipment sold by Gastroprojekt we support end customer throw our own service or service partners in Croatia.

    Our service will provide: 

    • iInstallation of equipment and releasing it to work in accordance  
       with manufacturer instructions and professional norms

    • Minimum 12 months guarantee on delivered goods

    • Service and spare parts in guarantee and after expiry. minimum
       for 7 years


Every appliance defect, first 12 month from buying, will be abstracted by qualified service with following conditions:

a) by accompanied appliance bill, from what is visible that the appliance has been bought within 12 months before the reclamation or accompanied warranty
b) that the documents have not been modificated or became unredable
c) that the malfunction is not result of unproper use, that has been assigned by the manufacturer about the machine use and the installation, or as the result of the transport, bad weather, misues, unprofessional repair that have not been made in licenced service
d) that unoriginal spare parts have not been bult-in

If we can not fix the appliance 45 days in guarantee period, we will adequately switch it or return the full amount that you paid for the appliance. If the repair lasted longer than 10 days, the guarantee prolongs for what the repair itself lasted.

We assure service and spare parts at least 7 years after manufacturing the appliances.

• model of the appliance
• type of the defect
• complete address
• contact person and phone number
